Ok so I love their clothes and the quality isn't bad either for the prices y'all're paying. My merely flaw and it's serious enough for me to shop elsewhere..I ordered my things and paid actress for them to come up rushed! I ordered size 14 for my bottoms and a big or actress large tops depending how I want them to fit. I was overall pleased with the clothes past far and love all my items Only information technology took over two weeks to come and one-half the time I didn't have a schedule date for pickup and drib offs! Ugh! So to actually annoy me subsequently waiting so eagerly to go the items I did buy, they ship me size 18!!! Now I can't render these items bcuz one it will take two weeks for them to show upward equally I already waited for these items afterwards paying more for faster aircraft! Then to send me sizes fashion besides large for me? I want to scream bcuz I dear the pieces I ordered only I will non be buying from boohoo again! More like booboo! It would take a month for me to see either the coin dorsum or to return the items and buy new! They practice non do exchange! So personally the clothes are groovy but the whole not sending the size ordered for one and waiting two weeks for my package after paying for fast service, I still didn't get that money back for the rushed club either. Just to forewarn you lot! Good quality and way is astonishing! Only become to the actual shop if you tin flow. Avoiding many headaches and unanswered questions

It was some bull from the time I submitted the lodge. Showtime off, the tracking number was provided and had the package getting there the side by side day, which is incommunicable coming from some other land. So hither's when it gets crazy, so due to the Covid 19 I had the mindset that information technology wouldn't go far on time. So after two weeks of my parcel sitting at its first US location (Memphis, TN) I decided to contact the shipper (FedEx) and Booboo. Then upon speaking with FedEx they followed upward the tracking and configured that the reason that the package stopped was because it arrived in Memphis EMPTY! So they have to start an investigation in gild to change the status of the package which is understandable so they won't be held accountable. (The customer service rep relayed to me that they take a lot of issue from this company!) Ok so I reached back out to Boohoo via Whatzapp convo I was told by Booboo customer service to go the shipper to update the tracking status in gild to procedure a refund. So now I'm in the middle of a whole investigation just to change the condition in order to become dorsum to BooBOO. I merely feel like I'm not gonna get my breadstuff back, so I've already accepted the loss. Nothing about this gives me client get-go vibes! So unless you got information technology to throw fashion. Spend your hard on dollars with more efficient companies ppl! Considering this is some unnecessary BS!
